Warfare is an ever-evolving concept, having been studied and improved upon for generations and generations. We have witnessed the rise of powerful empires, each with its own ambitions. To satisfy the need for expansion and provide the fuel necessary to fulfill these ambitions, new nationwide conscription laws will be drafted.
