With the growth of the military administration, so grows our ability to supply masses of soldiers on the battlefield to march and die for their Motherland Fatherland. However, we also need men to wear our uniform, and not everyone is particularly enthusiastic to sacrifice their life for the Ruler Title.
Target Location especially refuses to hand over their men to our conscription. Atop of this, many deserters have fled to Target Location to find shelter from our recruit masters.
