Free Mobility for the Common People
People are the most valuable asset of any state. Famines and discord would be the norm without them. Yet, the elites see them only as property — as possessions to hoard upon their ill-gotten lands!
By granting free mobility to the masses, their fate will be own hands once again, allowing them to leave the lands of their former masters and move to new, more fruitful fields.
