Commoners Migrate to Target Location
As population increases in the countryside, the size of the plots of land under each farmer has been decreasing with each inheritance. While yields have been increasing, some farmers are still unable to live off their land. Many have come to live in the capital instead, furthering the growth pains of Target Location.
