Wealth
The Wealth of a Location is the combined profit of its R.G.O. and Buildings from selling their Goods to the Market. If there are Burghers present in the Location, Burghers Trading may also increase the Location Wealth.
The Wealth of a Location is divided among the Estates according to their Wealth Share in the Location. Location Wealth multiplied by Control forms the Tax Base of a Location, which is the Ducats that can be taxed by the government. Wealth without Control goes directly to the Estates, and cannot be taxed.
