Dharma School
Called Wéishí or Fǎxiàng in China, and Hossō in Japan, the Dharma School tradition emerged from India and has had a profound influence on Eastern Buddhism. It focuses on idealism and the idea that reality is only consciousness, and emphasizes the practices of yoga and meditation.
