Allotment System
The Allotment System, or Indelningsverket, is a military conscription system that enables quick mobilization. Every tenth man in the country between the ages of fifteen and forty-four will be permanently conscripted into the national infantry, while the Nobility, while exempt from taxes, must provide cavalry.
