Kanrei Council
Seeking to form a more cohesive relationship between the Shōgun and Shugo Daimyō of Japan, a council of the many Kanrei allows Shugo Daimyō council members to advise the Shōgun while also engaging with other Shugo Daimyō council members. The senior members of the council are also tasked with handling the affairs of other, weaker clans in the council.
