Discontent with Shiba
Although the appointment of the Shiba to the Kanrei council was meant to improve the standing between the Flavor Rank and Shiba, Sba Ruler has grown discontent with Our Ruler's rule, and has increasingly taken steps to openly defy Our Ruler within Court Title.
