Regional Power
A Regional Power is a Country that has accumulated enough Great Power Points to dominate its region but has not yet reached Great Power status.
A Regional Power earns half the bonuses of a Great Power — extra Diplomatic Capacity, Diplomats, Power Projection, Prestige, and Mercenary Range — but its Enforce Peace, Intervene in Wars, and Threaten War anywhere in the world actions are limited to Countries whose capital lies in an adjacent Region.
