Alliance Bloc
An alliance bloc is a coalition of Great Powers and Regional Powers bound together by Alliances. The more powerful allies a Country has, the higher its alliance bloc saturation, which increases the Diplomatic Capacity cost of each Alliance it maintains.
A Great Power ally contributes 1.0 to saturation; a Regional Power ally contributes 0.5. These costs rise for every powerful Ally added to the bloc, discouraging any single Country from accumulating an overwhelming network of powerful Allies.
