Great Power Points
Great Power Points measure how much of the world's economic territory a Country dominates. A Country earns points by controlling at least two-thirds of the ownable Locations in an Area, counting Subjects at a reduced rate. Each area is worth 1-10 points based on its potential tax base relative to the world median.
Accumulate enough points to become a Regional Power or Great Power.
