Game Concept
Integration
An Integrated Location has been properly incorporated into the State, and it is thus much easier to govern than a Conquered Location.
Conquered Locations need to be Integrated with a Cabinet Action that targets the whole Province, and whose speed depends on various factors including the number of Locations, their Culture, or their Location Rank.
