Game Concept
Fort Limit
The Fort Limit of a country with icon represents its ability to maintain its fortifications with icon without overburdening the administration. A Country can surpass its Fort Limit, but doing so will incur progressively higher fort maintenance with icon costs.
The Fort Limit increases chiefly with the number of owned locations with icon, but also with the country rank with icon and the number of Locations with City Location Rank. The defensive societal value with icon and some advances with icon may also increase it.
