Populate Alpine Valleys
Many people in our realm leave the alpine valleys they were born into to settle in the urban areas on either side of the mountain range. This depopulation leaves the small villages of lesser valleys in a precarious, politically unstable position. We must ensure that the valley lands are sufficiently populated and can be adequately maintained.
