Devolution Of Powers
No single person can rule a country as complex as ours. Concentrating such power in the hands of one ruler also runs contrary to the Republican ideals of our ancestors. Transferring some of our authority and responsibilities to local governments, which maintaining an ultimate centralized authority, is how we can best meet the needs of our ever-growing state.
