Game Concept
Political Power
Political Power is the clout that Pops have in the sphere of Government. It is used to calculate Estate Power and Language Power, as well as the Dominant Upper Class Culture of each Country.
Each Pop exerts a different amount of Political Power dependent on the Estate they belong to. For example, a Pop belonging to the Nobility naturally exerts hundreds of times more Political Power than a Pop belonging to the Commoners.
