Game Concept
Estate Privilege
The Ruler can at times grant certain privileges to certain groups of people. These might be tax breaks, monopolies, or other rights that bestow an advantage to that particular Estate. They generally come at some cost to the crown, be that in the power of the Estate or some other cost.
