Bombard Phase
The Bombard Phase is the opening Phase of Combat which takes place before the main Combat Phase. It lasts Define hours and is exclusively utilized by Regiments that can Bombard, such as Artillery.
Every hour of the Bombard Phase, valid Regiments have a chance to Bombard, which will deal their Combat Power as damage to an enemy Regiment on the same Section.
