The Commoners are the lifeblood of our state. They nourish our population, craft the materials for our buildings, and produce the goods our Burghers trade in.
Although war is a time of great hardship for our state, we must make the effort to keep our Commoners away from the conflict if we want to avoid famine and economic collapse after the war.
