Zanj Taxation
Originally a term to describe the inhabitants of inner Africa, particularly those of Bantu origin, these folk make up a substantial portion of our demographics. While they have many liberties and responsibilities, they are taxed accordingly in order to preserve these privileges. Their peaceful, relatively autonomous place within our legal framework has led to the organic development of linguistic phenomena and new cultural traditions.
