Karvuna will establish a permanent, state-run Admiralty to oversee the construction of modern deep-water warships and the training of a professional officer corps. Shifting away from small galleys, we will begin building frigates and small ships-of-the-line capable of projecting power as far as the Aegean and the Sea of Azov. This naval modernization will ensure that we remain a major maritime player, capable of defending our trade interests against our enemies.
