Some native population of South America have been observed to use the bark of a specific tree to treat shivers. Thanks to the experiments of a Jesuit apothecary, this bark has been proven also effective for the treatment of malaria, and it is already known as 'Jesuit's Bark'. Distributing it to the affected population will greatly decrease the effects of the disease.
