Court Nāẓir
The Nāẓir, or overseers, are territorial administrators, and represent the eyes and ears of the Šâhanšâh. All actions of the court are supervised by the Nāẓir, and courtiers are promoted on their command. Even the Grand Vizier must work in association with the Nāẓir.
