Aristocracy
Aristocracy is a key part of any monarchy, as the nobles surrounding the royal dynasty are precisely what gives justification to the monarch. In the end, the concept of royal blood cannot exist without the corresponding concept of noble blood. As such, the aristocracy supports the monarch, but they expect to have some privileges in exchange for their loyalty, as they must never be confused with the common rabble.
