We will receive additional Events related to Scientific Revolution.
Our state has decided to take an active role in the participation of the Scientific Revolution. As such, we will spend a significant amount of the taxes on supporting the thinkers of our state, but the knowledge we gain in these matters will have an easier time spreading in our realm.
This modifier is removed once we have embraced the Scientific Revolution Institution.
