The Tongue, or Langue System, categorizes members and assets based on ethnolinguistic divisions. Each Tongue is further subdivided into Priories, Grand Priories, Bailiwicks, and Commanderies. Each Langue has a designated headquarters, known as an auberge, located in the capital of the Order.
