Strengthen Rights of the Commoners
Where other classes derive their power from material wealth and land ownership, the strength of the Commoners comes from their sheer quantity. They outnumber other estate greatly, and once organized, could pose a serious threat to our national stability. Safeguarding and strengthening the rights of the working class will reduce the chance that they will revolt.
