Ja'farī Jurisprudence
The Ja'farī Madhhab is named after Ja'far al-Ṣādiq, the sixth Imām, and it focuses on independent reasoning by experts of Islamic Law, prefering that over analogy when establishing the Law. It also allows for a temporary marriage lasting a predeterminate period of time.
