A commission of Nobility has effectively taken over the management of the kingdom, acting as regents. The monarch's ability to exercise power is limited, and their right to rule diminishes over time. The commission can only rule for as long as it retains the support of the parliament, or until such a time that the ruler amasses enough support to overthrow it.
