Skilled eunuch servants can be granted powerful positions such as Black Chief Eunuch, Kızlar Ağası, and White Chief Eunuch, Kapı Ağası. In these roles, they are responsible for communications between the ruler and the Head Of Cabinet Name, as well as administration of the harem and pages, supervision of waqf foundations, and the education of Ottoman princes, among many other things. Considered more trustworthy than their intact peers, they can be relied on to always work for the benefit of the state.
