Game Concept
Parliament Agenda
Any Estate may have a Parliament Agenda to resolve before they will pledge their support. This may be costly for the Country, as the support given relies on the Estate Power the estate has.
In the context of International Organizations, the Members of a Special Status will instead present their Parliament Agenda. Accepting those may either give their guaranteed support in form of their Special Status Power.
