Navy Maintenance
It is lovely when we have a grand, shiny fleet of Ships ready to set sail. These vessels do not just maintain themselves, though: Ducats must be spent on keeping them shipshape. Navy Maintenance is a way of measuring how many resources we are diverting towards keeping our ships in good condition.
At lower maintenance, Morale will suffer, and our ships will be less effective, both in combat and at increasing Maritime Presence.
