Engagement
When a combat with icon starts, regiments with icon in the front sections with icon roll initiative with icon every hour until they become engaged. When a Regiment is engaged in Combat, it deals damage. When a unit withdraws, it stops being engaged and will not rejoin the same Combat.
Only a certain amount of frontage with icon can be engaged at once in a Section.
