Diplomatic Limitation
A Country which is either a very dependent Subject or a Junior Partner in a Union might be diplomatically limited. That means the following diplomatic actions are either not possible or heavily restricted:
• alliance
• food access
• guarantee
• military access
• fleet basing rights
• Create Building Subject
• Create Subject
Most subjects with limited diplomacy are incapable of declaring their own Wars unless against very specific targets.
