Rada Autonomy
The administration of the Cossacks centers around the Rada, meaning assembly or council, where they decide upon all matters both military and civil. By giving these Rada legal autonomy from our own administration, we can delegate the governance of their territories to themselves, at the same time as we ensure their complacency.
