Bohemian

The Lands of the Bohemian Crown were populated mainly by different Slavic peoples. However, being not only inside the Holy Roman Empire but one of its biggest constituents, they were also very influenced by German culture and traditions. On top of that, a lot of German settlers were attracted to the lands of Bohemia, which further expanded such influence.
