Our veteran sergeants are some of the most despicable and corrupt men imaginable, but that does not mean they are useless. Rather than leave them to be beggars on our streets when their service ends, we can put these old dogs to work. We shall make them into drill sergeants and quartermasters so that their unique skills can be put to use.
