Our position at the crossroads of Georgia, Anatolia, Armenia, and Āzarbāijān also means that a great number of traders seek to cross our lands. However, the constant threat of being raided by nomadic tribesmen means that some have come to doubt the safety of traveling on our roads. We must properly defend all roads and merchant inns in our nation so that trade revenue can flow into our state treasury unhindered.
