Invite Foreign Experts
While our own people are not familiar with silk-weaving and prefer other fabrics, we are lucky that foreign artisans have settled in our cities and established their own weaving workshops. We should adopt this approach for other industries by directly inviting foreign artisans to bring their skills here, and thereby universally expand our production.
