Georgian Script
The 'Georgian alphabet', created centuries ago, is not just one alphabet, but in fact three. Mkhedruli is the script used by the civil administration, while Asomtavruli and Nuskhuri is used by our church. As such, our Holy Scriptures can remain uninfluenced by the lay language, while our people can still feel connected to them.
