改革塔万廷苏尤君主制
经过彻底改革，政权对印加治理体系进行了根本性重塑——传统的帕纳卡习俗就此消失。该制度原本保留已故君主的全部领地和财产，迫使新任萨帕·印卡只能通过对外扩张来获取新的基业。取而代之的是，新君主在继位之初便能集中所有权力。
