Trade Route Maintenance
This represents the cost of establishing Trades between Markets. Trading is not free, as the ships, wagons, and caravans need to be maintained, and the merchants themselves need to be paid.
Trade Maintenance increases with distance, and is affected by the existence of Sound Tolls.
