Leader Change Method
This determines how the Leader of an International Organization gets chosen. There are five methods to accomplish this:
- Rotation - The current leader will be the last in line for leadership once their turn is up
- Vote - The leader will be elected via a Leadership Election Resolution
- Lottery - The leader will be chosen from possible candidates at random
- Score - The leader will be chosen dynamically based on an internal point system specific to the International Organization
- Undefined - The terms of how a leader for the International Organization is chosen are not defined, as no leader is needed or the International Organization has not codified the leadership yet
