International Organization Value
Values in an International Organization can be used to represent different mechanics depending on the International Organization. In some cases, it represents the authority of the Leader of the organization, like in the Holy Roman Empire or the Middle Kingdom. In others, like the Sect, it represents the influence of the International Organization itself. There may be other uses for the values, and it will depend on each International Organization type.
