Call to Arms
A call to arms is a Diplomatic Action which can be done during War to every Ally and other Countries which have sworn to participate in military conflicts.
Countries that are the Defender will automatically call their allies into the war, while countries that are the Attacker have to manually call them, and it is more difficult for them to convince them to join.
