Wokou Name Raid!
The fearsome Wokou Name have just launched an attack on our province of Target Province, and especially on the port of Target Location. Though we wish we could say that we have repulsed those invaders, the truth is much more dire. Unfortunately, our local garrison was simply unable to respond in time, leading to much destruction in Target Province. Burned homes, enslaved families, stolen goods, all of that misery has been unleashed on the poor Commoners. We must make those pirates pay.
