Fürstenschule
As the Reformation takes hold and the state assumes control over religious administration, a new responsibility arises for the emerging state: education, which was previously the duty of the Church. We will found princely schools at Pforta, Grimma, and Meissen using former monastic properties. Thus, the state will take on a significant role in shaping the educational landscape, fostering knowledge and intellectual growth for the future leaders of Saxony.
