An Inadequate Ruler Title
An absolute Ruler Title must be infallible and should be a superb example for leadership. Unfortunately, Target Ruler has not lived up to these expectations with his/her lack of ability to govern, inspire, and lead the people of Country. This has caused our subjects to question his/her mandate to rule.
