While the powerful have all the fun, the Commoners, who once thrived in the era of great public festivities and celebrations, are left with a diminished budget and a sparser set of celebrations. Until the day that all among the Commoners can enjoy this level of entertainment, they will be left longing, perhaps the state should foment more public events?
